I plan and direct all aspects of a client’s mortgage consultation, including the comparative analysis of lending products, pre-underwriting evaluation, and overall mortgage process. I remain in direct contact with each borrower and real estate partner. I have worked in the mortgage-backed securities market for 12 years and subsequently ran my own consumer finance company. I am highly skilled in a wide variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures. I specialize in using the state of the art technology such as Encompass, RatePlug, Bloomberg and other proprietary software to help my borrowers make educated financing decisions and to assist my real estate partners in offering their clients the best in financing alternatives.

After 12 years in investment banking in the mortgage-backed securities markets, my expertise in how the capital markets function and impact the pricing and structure of home loans is a uniquest competitive advantage. More importantly, my 12 years of experience working with Fortune 500 companies at JP Morgan and its predecessor firms ensures a dedication to ethical responsibility, a high level of attention to detail and a dedicated approach to client service.
